SiS LVM Home Lunden accommodates women with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse. We accept clients who have mental health issues and clients who need medical care. Our operations are located in Lund.

Job Description

Take the opportunity to try an interesting summer temporary position as a treatment assistant at SiS.

The goal of your assignment is to motivate our clients towards new and less risky ways of living. As a treatment assistant, you will help ensure that the routines in the department function as they should. You play a significant role in providing stability and security for our clients, and you are responsible for the foundation of daily life, including activities, routines, cleaning, cooking, and more. You will also contribute to maintaining safety in the institution according to our routines. Documentation is an important part of your work. You will work on building good treatment relationships and contribute to ensuring that our clients receive the safety and security they need to break old habits. Together with your team of dedicated colleagues, such as treatment pedagogues and treatment coordinators, you have the opportunity to achieve good results and contribute to change. The job is often demanding but also stimulating, joyful, and varied.

The working hours are night shifts.

As a summer temporary employee at SiS, you will undergo a tailored introductory training to prepare you for your assignment.

Qualifications

You should have:

• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, e.g., work in psychiatry or LSS care
• Driver's license B
• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

We want to reward you for helping us during the summer period; therefore, those who work full-time as monthly employed temporary staff for more than four weeks will receive a bonus.
